Having worked in the marketing​ industry for so long, I've learned a lot of lessons - some the hard way - about how to succeed in business. In fact, that's the focus of the book I hope to have published soon, 20 Jobs, 20 Lessons. It's about 70,000 words on my experiences in the job world since 1983 and my perspectives on an industry which has changed dramatically during that time. How to Use TweetDeck to Schedule Tweets and Monitor What’s Important to You

I was happy and honored to speak recently at the New England Direct Marketing Association’s Marketing Technology Summit.
